Enhancing Residential Electricity Stability with GRL Fuse Switches in Country Garden Communities
Make residential electricity more stable
GRL fuse switch is applied to Power distribution box and switchgear in Country Garden (Jinan Olympic Sports Center) community.
Country Garden is one of the largest real estate companies in China.
Country Garden (Jinan Olympic Sports Center) community covers an area of 85,000 square meters and has a total of 1,584 residents. Kinley provided 125 1600A box-type substations and 1200 400A cable branch boxes for the project.
Cable branch box
The cable branch box can distribute the 1600A circuit into multiple 400A small current circuits, which are connected to the back end of the box-type substation as part of the community power distribution system.
GRL adopts 400A busbar-type fuse-type isolating switch as the main switch, and three 250A vertical fuse-type isolating switches as outgoing lines.
Box type substation
The box-type substation is a power distribution equipment that reduces a 10kV circuit to 0.4kV. It consists of a transformer, a high-voltage isolation switch, a capacitor compensation cabinet, and a low-voltage switch cabinet.
GRL HH15-1600A isolating switch fuse group is applied to low-voltage switchgear, in box-type substation.
JP Cabinet
The JP cabinet is used as a voltage distribution cabinet and is connected to an external transformer. JP cabinet consists of low voltage compensation room, meter room, low voltage switch room.
GRL HR6 type knife fuse switch is the main switch. Select the current of the knife fuse switch according to the transformer capacity. When connecting a 100KVA transformer, you should choose a 250A knife fuse switch; when connecting a 200KVA transformer, you should choose a 400A knife fuse switch; when connecting a 315KVA transformer, choose a 630A fuse type isolation switch.

GRL provides fuses to Country Garden every year, with more than 5,000 fuse switches.
