Since 2013, Zhejiang GRL Electric Co., Ltd. has cooperated with local complete sets of factories in Saudi Arabia. Through OEM cooperation, GRL mainly supplies accessories in power distribution boxes.
Distribution box manufacturers generally purchase locally in Saudi Arabia, and many distribution box fiber glass molds are also purchased from China.
GRL has also assisted customers in the development of distribution box SMC molds in China.
GRL mainly supplies components such as: fuse rail, fuse link, fuse base, fuse holder, fuse carrier.
The fuse link commonly used by the electric power bureau belongs to lv hrc fuse link, siemens fuse link, fuse link NH02 type.
Current 30 amp fuse link, 60 amp fuse link, 100 amp fuse, 200 amp fuse link, NH fuse link Mostly.
The Fuse rail produced by GRL has 3 colors, one is black, the other is yellow and gray. Our material requirements for the fuse rail base are DMC and SMC. In terms of strength, SMC has better strength, but the cost is higher.
In terms of flame retardant performance, it needs to reach the V0 level. The contacts of the fuse rail need to be made of copper, not brass. The temperature rise of brass is not up to standard, and the Fuse base is made of DMC.
