Bringing Network Transformers, Photovoltaic Energy Storage Transformers and More, Mentech Announced a Distribution Agreement with Sekorm
With the superposition of 5G and new energy vehicle technology iterations and scene requirements, high-efficiency, high-power density magnetic components are more in line with new market needs. Mentech（铭普光磁） is a leading manufacturer of electronic and magnetic components in China. It has established cooperative relationships with many well-known communication companies such as domestic telecom operators, iron towers, Huawei, and Samsung. Its automotive-grade surface mount transformers have passed AEC-Q200 certification. Operating temperature can reach -40~+125℃, 1000V high voltage can guarantee 10 years of operation, creepage distance: TB1017G>5mm, functional insulation: TB1017G, in line with RoHs standard.
When the DC-DC converter is energized, in some conventional unpackaged shielded inductors, the magnetic cores are attracted to each other due to magnetization, causing air vibrations that may generate noise. The integrated molding inductor of Mentech adopts the integrated molding structure, and the winding coil is integrally formed by magnetic powder. There is no magnetic core gap, and the structure is not easy to generate sound. The leakage flux is small, and the shielding characteristics are excellent. Operating temperatures up to 155°C and currents up to 120A allow for surface mount designs.
