Shunt Voltage Reference Features 2.048 to 10V Fixed Output Voltage with 0.1% Max Initial Accuracy
3PEAK's TPR6040 is a shunt voltage reference with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire operating temperature range. The device temperature range is extended for the automotive version from -40℃ up to +125℃. The TPR6040 operates with a wide current range from 0.15 to 15mA with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.3Ω.

· Fixed Output Voltage: 2.048V, 2.5V, 3V, 4.096V, 5V, 8.192V and 10V
· High Initial Accuracy and Low Temperature Coefficient:
◇ Max 0.1%, 25ppm/℃ – A Grade
◇ Max 0.2%, 50ppm/℃ – B Grade
· Operation From −40℃ to 125℃
· Sink Current Capability: 150μA to 15mA
· Stable with Any Capacitive Loads
