3PEAK Unveiled Automotive High-Voltage, Low-quiescent Current Voltage Monitor TPV8368Q with High Sense Voltage up to 36V
3PEAK, a semiconductor company focusing on the development of high-performance analog chips and embedded processors, has recently unveiled the next-generation automotive high-voltage, low-quiescent current voltage monitor — TPV8368Q. The product, certified by AEC-Q100, meets the operating conditions of automotive chips. In addition, TPV8368Q supports a wide-range input of 36 V. The static power consumption is as low as 2 μA. The monitor voltage and the supply voltage can be separated, while the multi-level monitor reset thresholds and reset delay times are programmable.
