SiC Products That Win the “Golden Lion Product Award“ at the 4th China IoT Innovation Awards
On December 12, 2019, the 6th China IoT Conference was grandly held in Shenzhen, and the highly anticipated 4th China IoT Innovation Award was held concurrently. Global Power Technology wins the "Golden Lion Product Award" at the 4th China IoT Innovation Award.

The award-winning 1200V silicon carbide product has a micro-ampere reverse recovery current and other characteristics. The operating temperature is: Plastic Package Tj Temp (-55 ℃ -175 ℃); High Temp Package Tj Temp (-55 ℃ -215 ℃). Can be widely used in photovoltaic inverters, vehicle power, new energy vehicle charging power, communication power, server power, and other application fields.
The product quality is comparable to the international advanced level in the same industry. Since its introduction to the market, the product has excellent market feedback. In the PK with foreign leading manufacturers, it has obtained high praise from customers through comprehensive long-term benchmarking of reliability and cost performance. The proportion of Chinese and foreign customers' purchase share has therefore expanded to more than 50% each year.
