●In order to comply to JEDEC standard (JESD97) Pb-free identification requirements, IDT will integrate Pb-free identification requirements to existing IDT standard bar code labels (refer to attachment 1). An additional Pb-free identification label (2nd Level Interconnect - refer to attachment 2) will be applied for customer specific bar code labels. Please see attachments for additional details.
