The HL809 series is a range of highly accurate, low power consumption voltage detectors designed using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. They feature a built-in delay circuit, low temperature coefficient, high input voltage capability, and output voltage accuracy. The series is suitable for various applications such as microprocessor reset circuitry, system battery life and charge voltage monitors, memory battery back-up circuits, delay circuitry, power on reset circuits, and power failure detection. The detectors are available in different detectable voltages and packages including SOT23, SOT23-3, and SOT89.
