HL6133 1CH DC Motor Driver
●The HL6133 is 1 Full-On Drive H-Bridge channel with two different packages.The driver features wide range operating from 2V to 24Vand low power consumption by fast switching speed.

●Low current consumption when power-down:

●Operating temperature range:-40~+85°C
