HL6065TP 1A线性锂离子电池充电器

HL6065TP是一款单节锂离子电池的恒定电流/恒定电压线性充电器，适用于便携式应用。它具有ESOP8封装和散热片，底部带有散热片，外部元件数目少，适合USB电源和适配器电源工作。内部PMOSFET架构和防倒充电路使得不需要外部隔离二极管。热反馈自动调节充电电流，限制芯片温度。充满电压为4.2V，充电电流可通过外部电阻设置。当充电电流降至设定值的1/10时，自动终止充电循环。当输入电压被拿掉时，自动进入低电流状态，电池漏电流降至3uA以下。具有电池温度检测、欠压闭锁、自动再充电和LED状态指示等功能。
