UCT4802 Synchronous Rectification Buck-Boost DC/DC Converter

The UCT4802 is a high efficiency, fixed frequency, Buck-Boost DC/DC converter that operates from input voltages above, below, or equal to the output voltage. It is suitable for single lithium-ion, multicell alkaline, or NiMH applications where the output voltage is within the battery voltage range. The converter features up to 95% efficiency, single inductor operation, fixed frequency operation with battery voltages, and a quiescent current of 1mA. It also includes a programmable oscillator frequency, no Schottky diodes required, and a shutdown current of less than 1µA. The UCT4802 is available in a small thermally enhanced 10-pin MSOP package.
