UCT4394 5V 1.25MHz Step-up 10-White LED Driver

The UCT4394 is a 5V step-up DC/DC converter designed for driving up to single 10-series or 9x3-series White LEDs from a single cell Lithium Ion battery. It features up to 90% efficiency, a 1.25MHz fixed switching frequency, and a low 300mV feedback voltage. The device includes under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection. It is suitable for applications such as 5~7” LCD Panels, handheld computers, PDAs, digital cameras, and small LCD displays. The UCT4394 is available in SOT23-5 and SOT23-6 packages.
