UCT6170 High Efficiency 1.2MHz 2A Step Up Converter

The UCT6170 is a high efficiency, 1.2MHz fixed switching frequency, 2A step-up converter designed for small, low power applications. It features an integrated 80mΩ 3RZer 02SF(7) internal switch, input voltage range from 2V to 24V, and adjustable output voltage. The converter includes internal compensation, soft-start, under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection. It operates at a high efficiency of up to 97% and is available in a compact 6-pin SOT23-6 package. The UCT6170 is suitable for battery-powered equipment, set-top boxes, LCD backlights, DSL and cable modems, and networking cards.
