R367 (480 series) 是一种符合 SAE AS620 标准的中压航空航天软管组件。它由螺旋卷绕的聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE) 内芯组成，并用 CRES 304 钢丝编织加固。这种卷绕内芯使得 480 系列软管能够比相同直径的平滑内芯 PTFE 软管更容易弯曲到更小的半径，所需的力也更小。操作压力范围从小直径的 1000 PSI (69 Bar) 到大直径的 250 PSI (17 Bar)。PTFE 提供优异的化学耐受性，在 -65ºF 至 +400ºF (-54ºC 至 +204ºC) 的温度范围内具有无限期的保质期。符合 AS1055 Class A & B 的防火保护可以是整体式或套接式，符合 AS1072 火焰套管标准。合格的连接器标准是 CRES。提供各种整体式和套接式材料的磨损套管。结合柔性软管（RM 和 TF0172）和多弯曲管的混合组件是 Titeflex 的专业产品，提供改进的减振、安装和维护简便性。
