The SA500 Series is a lightweight 5080 PSI (350 Bar) non-metallic aerospace hose that meets the SAE AS5951 specification. It features an extruded smoothbore conductive PTFE innercore, reinforced with Kevlar® para-aramid braid, and covered by an integral Cordura® PTFE Smoothbore chafe sleeve. The hose is designed for weight-critical applications within the temperature range of -65º to +275ºF (-54ºC to +135ºC). It offers excellent chemical resistance and unlimited shelf life. Standard fittings are titanium, with CRES fittings also available. Fire protection options include AS1055 Class A with slip-on AS1072 firesleeve or non-standard integral firesleeve. Hybrid assemblies with flex hose and multi-bend tube are also available for improved vibration dampening and ease of installation.
