Heavy-Ribbon Wedge Bonder 5850HR

The 5850HR is a heavy-ribbon wedge bonder designed for medium-scale production. It features an automatic wire bonder system with exchangeable bond heads for various wire types, including aluminium ribbon and copper wire. The bonder is equipped with a programmable voice-oil bond force system and an ultrasonic system with a frequency of 60 kHz. It offers a working area of 200 x 150 mm and is suitable for R&D, pilot, and middle volume production. The machine includes a heater controller for temperature control and comes with standard and optional workholders for different part sizes.
