The Model 127G-INC is a high-performance coalescing filter designed with Inconel A625 and Pyrex glass bowl construction. It features a 1/4" NPT / 1/8" NPT drain, a maximum pressure rating of 100 PSIG, and an internal volume of 40cc with or without a tie rod and element. The filter is equipped with a Viton O-Ring and has a total weight of 1 lb. It supports a flow rate of 27 SCFM at 100 PSIG and is highly efficient with a 12-57-70C standard coalescing grade element, achieving 95% efficiency at 0.01 micron. The filter offers various elements, including disposable borosilicate glass microfiber, stainless steel, PTFE, and PEL, with different micron sizes available. Additionally, it comes with a range of O-Rings and replacement parts, as well as accessories like stainless steel support cores and mounting brackets. Exotic housing materials like Monel A400 and Hastelloy C-276 are also available.
