TO - Heating Unit

The TO-Heating Unit is a high-speed heating system designed for eutectic applications on TO housings with diameters up to 30mm. It is compatible with any TRESKY system of the T-300x Series. The unit features a sophisticated design that allows for quick changes between TO sizes or to smaller substrates/arrays. The bonding area is enclosed in a chamber that can be filled with inert gas, and the gas flow is automatically controlled during the process. The unit includes easily exchangeable clamping plates for TOs or substrates up to 30mm, a high-speed ceramic heater, and an indexer for improved ergonomics and throughput. TRESKY offers a range of standard and customized modules for heated/eutectic processes.
