Terranova® Model 960 CVT + CCG Gauge Control/Display For Use with Model CVT-275 Convection Gauges and Model CCG-525 Cold Cathode Gauges
●For the Model 525 CCG, the 960 supplies -2000 VDC and senses the ion current, (which is proportional to the pressure) and displays the pressure. The pressure range for the Model 525 CCG is 1 x 10-8 torr to 1 x 10-2 torr.
●For the CVT/Convection gauge, the 960 displays vacuum pressure as measured from a CVT-275 Convection gauge tube or the G-P/Helix/Brooks Convectron® gauge tube. It displays vacuum readings based on thermal conductivity of air/nitrogen or argon, (user selectable). The pressure range for the CVT-275 is 1 x 10-4 Torr to 1 x 10+3 Torr.
