Terranova® Model 926A Dual Convection Vacuum Gauge Controller Operates MKS 317 Convection Enhanced Pirani, ConvecTech™ or G-P 275 CONVECTRON® gauges
●The 926A can measure the pressure of either air or argon; the pressure response for both gases is accurate to 1% of the sensor manufacturer’s data.
●The Model 926A measures to lower pressure than other controllers, to 0.1 mTorr. A precise logarithmic analog output makes data collection easy; other convection gauge controllers have highly nonlinear outputs requiring cumbersome lookup tables or several polynomial equations to calculate the pressure.
●Small motors and actuators may be controlled by the two heavy-duty process-control relays; the relays may be assigned to either gauge. The process-control set points have adjustable hysteresis for added flexibility. Major features include:
