2409111569 Errata Update v0.3 for EFR32BG27 and EFR32MG27 Bulletin
■Description of Change
●Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the release of errata version 0.3 for EFR32BG27 and EFR32MG27 devices.
■Reason for Change
▲Common changes for EFR32BG27 v0.3 and EFR32MG27 v0.3 are:
●Added CUR_E305 – Increased Leakage Current When PA00 Pin Voltage Is Above GND
●Added EUSART_E303 – EUSART Receiver Enters Lockup State when Using Low Frequency IrDA Mode
●Added EUSART_E304 – Incorrect Stop Bits Lock Receiver
▲Changes specific to EFR32BG27 v0.3:
●Updated errata description and workaround for DCDC_E303 (DC-DC gets stuck in Boost Start-up if VBAT POR toggles after DVDD is powered up). This issue is resolved on revision B devices.
▲Changes specific to EFR32MG27 v0.3:
●Added DCDC_E303 (DC-DC gets stuck in Boost Start-up if VBAT POR toggles after DVDD is powered up). This issue is resolved on revision B devices.
