●COHERENT FluoPlus Plan Apochromatic Objectives are designed for a variety of microscopy techniques in life science and clinical applications. Chromatic aberration is corrected in more than four wavelengths from UV to NIR to achieve excellent color reproduction. The field flatness of the full field, up to F.N.25, provides a clear marginal field of view while enabling large-area amplification. Wavefront aberration far below the diffraction limit ensures high contrast imaging. COHERENT FluoPlus Plan Apochromatic Objectives have high transmission in UV, VIS and IR region, making these suitable for fluorescence and brightfield applications.
