■Products Affected: All II-VI products are re-branded to the Coherent logo.

■Description of Change:
●II-VI Incorporated purchased Coherent Corp on Sept 8, 2022. II-VI has opted to use the Coherent brand name. Product labels, shipping labels and shipping paperwork will be updated to reflect the Coherent brand during 2023.
●Note: Where change control applies, additional notification will be sent to the appropriate contacts.
■Reason for Change: Global Rebranding
■Explain if Qualification in-process: Label branding update only. No change for form, fit, function, quality or reliability of product.
