Our standard MicroTEC product line includes 6 modules specially selected to meet many of your product development needs, and we can customize the TEC to meet your specific design requirements with AlO or AIN ceramics, 280°C (Au/Sn) solder, wirebond posts or wirebond pads, customized exterior metallization patterns, and our high performance thermoelectric material.
