■General Description: ●The SAR5020 is a precision, low power, low noise and low dropout voltage reference, with low temperature drift and high initial accuracy, while operating at a quiescent current of 220μA (Typ.). ●The SAR5020 features high precision and low power consumption. The combination of these characteristics makes the device ideal for use in industrial applications, such as temperature and pressure transmitter applications. To keep the stability and lower the output noise of the output voltage, it is necessary to add a 0.1μF to 10μF capacitor at the output pin of SAR5020. ●For the typical operation, the power supply voltage should be 0.2V higher the VREF. Thanks to the advantage of low dropout and low power dissipation, it is recommended to use SAR5020 in portable and battery-powered equipment. ●The SAR5020 is available in a micro size SOT-23 green package. SAR5020 works between the extended industrial temperature range -40℃ and +125℃. ■Features: ●Excellent Specified Low Temperature Drift: 8ppm/℃ (Max.) from -40℃ to +125℃ ●Stable Output CLOAD Range: 0.1μF to 10μF ●Low Dropout Voltage: 0.2V (Max.) ●High Output Current: +25mA(Source)/-5mA(Sink) ●Short-Circuit Protection Current: 45mA (Typ.) ●High Initial Accuracy: 0.05% (Max.) ●Low Quiescent Current: 220μA (Typ.) ●High PSRR: 70dB@1MHz ●-40℃ to +125℃ Operating Temperature Range
