●DESCRIPTION
■A24C512A provides 524288 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), organized as 65536 bytes.
■The A24C512A is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation is essential.
■A24C512A offers an additional page, named the Identification Page (128 bytes). The Identification Page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in Read-only mode.
■The A24C512A is available in SOP8, TSSOP8 and DFN8 packages.
■AEC-Q100 Qualified is available in SOP8, TSSOP8 DFN8 and SOT-25 packages.
