AiT A7545 current mode boost DC-DC converter with Adjustable Output up to 9V and Internal Fixed PWM frequency of 1MHz
The A7545 is a current mode boost DC-DC converter. It is PWM circuitry with built-in 0.05Ω power MOSFET makes this regulator highly power efficient. The internal compensation network also minimizes as many as 6 external component counts. Build-in 12V / 4.5A MOSFET provides a high output voltage. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier connects to a 0.6V precision reference voltage and internal Soft start circuitry is integrated into A7545 to avoid inrush current during power On. This device is more suitable for applications like Chargers, LCD displays, Digital Cameras, and other portable devices.A7545 is available in the PSOP8 package.
