Jowat® 930.60 Cleaner
●For cleaning applicator units and tools which have been soiled with crosslinked PUR hot melt adhesives.
■Directions for Use
●Melt and applicator units may be cleaned by continuous circulation of the cleaner which has been heated to 180 – 190 °C. The cleaning of disassembled tools, nozzles and seals of PTFE (Teflon, Hostaflon etc.) can be carried out in a bath of Jowat® 930.60 also heated up to 180 – 190 °C. Depending on the amount of reacted/crosslinked adhesive, cleaning may take approx. 60 min. The cleaner Jowat® 930.60 should not be allowed to reach temperatures above 190 °C. Tools and disassembled parts are cooled under running water after removal from the bath, then dried.
●Caution: May catch fire. Moisten the cleaning cloth prior to use and rinse with water after cleaning.
