Cross series for TPSMB DO-214AA, AUTO TVS
■In order to support fast-growing demand and secure continuity of supply for CATL, Littelfuse will introduce SZSMB-CA as the backup series of TPSMB DO-214AA, AUTO TVS.
■The two series could cross each other directly, and compared with TPSMB series, there is no no specification and performance change on SZP6SMB-CA series.
■All affected products have been fully qualified in accordance with established performance and reliability criteria. Please refer to the attached affected parts list.
