■Introduction:
To guarantee the performancespecified in the ZSSC4175D-01Datasheet,every ZSSC4175D-01needs calibration. In theRenesasproduction line, reference datais acquired for each chip and written into theUser0 and User1pagesin the nonvolatile memory (NVM) of the ZSSC4175D-01.To apply the calibration, this reference data mustbe read in the sensor module production line, a calibration calculation mustbe executed (provided as a precompiled software library, DLL),and the calculated coefficients mustbewritten into the chip NVM (together with the configuration).
This Application Note describes how to use the RenesasSSC4160D Application Graphical User Interface (GUI)to calibrate theZSSC4175D-01.To use descripted procedure the GUI revision≥V3.4.0including DLL revision≥V4.0.0.0and the Communication Board Firmware ≥V4.19 is required.
