Please be aware that effective March 31, 2019 pricesfor some of Renesas Electronic America’s legacy Analog products will be increased by approximately 9 –13%.Customer orders placed by March 30, 2019 with a Customer Request Date (CRD) on or before 03/30/2019 will receive shipments at the present price. All new orders with a CRD after 03/30/2019 will be at the new price. The price increase is limited to only those products listed on the next page.
These adjustments to the prices are necessitated by increased materials, maintenance, and overhead costs which must be amortized over decreasing quantities of these products. Furthermore, we recognize that continuity of supply is very important and this increase will help reinforce continued long term manufacturing of these products. Renesas Electronics America Inc.intends to supply these products to our current customers for the foreseeable future.
