3DFN32G08US2845, 3DFN128G08US8761 NAND FLASH Datasheet
■3D PLUS proposes high-density non-volatile NAND FLASH modules for space applications operating in Synchronous or Asynchronous modes. Each module embeds multiple 16 G bit NAND FLASH component. Each device can beaccessed by activating the associated control signal CEn#. Control signals such as WP#, W/R#and CLK are common.
■Key performance benefits include increased bandwidth in the Synchronous mode, and a 1.8VI/O voltage targeted for compatibility with various FPGAs for Space application that currently have limited 3.3V I/O. It provides a cost-effective solution for low power and high-capacity non-volatile memory data storage needs in space applications
■3DFN32G08US2845 and 3DFN128G08US8761 modules provide a fully qualified memory solution. Packaged in SOP 54, they are available in Commercial, Industrial or Military temperature ranges and in all quality level
