欧盟化学品注册、评估、授权和限制(REACH)法规声明(EU REACH DECLARATION LETTER) (900-02-006-R02)
■本公司及上游供应商已经完成对所有产品所含物质的信息收集并制定了相应的解决方案和计划，以确保在REACH法规规定的期限内，于必要时，对所有的产品中所含物质皆在REACH法规管制下完成预注册、注册、通报、申请授权或限制;
■According to REACH requirements, SGMICRO, together with our upstream suppliers have completed the data collecting about substances of all products and relative action plans towards REACH to ensure that all substances regulated under REACH are pre-registered, registered, notified, applied for authorization and restriction within the regulated period of time if necessary.
■本公司及上游供应商所提供给贵公司的产品及其它原材料均符合REACH法规(包括欧盟SVHC和附录XVII等)要求;
■All products and other materials provided by SGMICRO and our upstream suppliers are in fully compliance with EU SVHC and Annex XVII;
■若随欧盟SVHC清单更新，当产品内所含高关注物质(SVHC)包含以下情况时，本公司会根据REACH法案的要求及时披露必要信息:
■SGMICRO is committed to disclose information to its customers based on the then EU SVHC list as updated from time to time and confirm that its products contain substances in the SVHC candidate list per the below conditions:
◆存在产品内的此物质之总量超过1吨/年/每制造商或进口商;
◆The substance is present in those products in quantities totally over 1 tonne per producer or importers per year;
◆该物质存在产品中的浓度超过0.1wt%;
◆The substance is present in those products above a concentration of 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).
