■Coating material change for TRF600 & TR600 Series PPTC TLINE Products
●Description of Change:
■China National Standard GB30981-2014 (Limit of Harmful Substances of Industrial Protective Coatings) was upgraded to the new version GB30981-2020 with effective date of December 1st, 2020. With the new requirement for the total content of toluene and xylene in GB30981-2020, we have to stop using the current coating material to produce TRF600 and TR600 series PPTC products from December 1st, 2020 because the content of Xylene in the current coating material is higher than the limit.
■We apologize for the short notification for the coating material change because we spent several months to qualify the new coating material to meet the new requirement of GB30981-2020. Based on the current backlog order and our inventory status, we can supply the products with current coating material for CRD within Jan 22nd, 2021. For the existing orders with CRD after Jan 22nd, 2021 and the new orders from now on, we will supplier the products with the new qualified coating material.
