The Dodd-Frank Act refers in particular to tin, tantalum, tungsten, columbite, gold and its derivatives (3TG) mined in conflict areas such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboring countries. Furthermore and among others, it targets on the restriction and prohibition respectively of the trade of these minerals mined out of the conflict areas, which finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboringcountries.Würth Elektronik eiSos GmbH & Co.
