●Description of Change
■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the release of the following errata versions for EFR32FG23, EFR32ZG23 and ZGM230S devices.
■Release of version 0.6 of the EFR32FG23 errata
■Release of version 0.5 of the EFR32ZG23 errata
■Release of version 0.2 of the ZGM230S errata
●Reason for Change
■Errata item CUR_E303 – Active AMUXCP Clock Causes High Current: When the ACMP0, ACMP1, or IADC0 peripherals are active, the clock to the internal analog mux charge pump may also be activated, resulting in extra supply current.This issue will be resolved in a future revision. Please see the errata document for more details.
