EFR32FG23 New Revision C Parts, Datasheet, Errata and SE Firmware Update
■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce a new revision (rev C) of EFR32FG23 to resolve CUR_E303 (Active Charge Pump Clock Causes High Current).
■In addition to the new revision, the following new parts are being introduced.
■New part numbers:
▲EFR32FG23B021F512IM40-C
▲EFR32FG23B021F512IM48-C
■The datasheet is being updated to revision 1.1 to add information on the new part numbers. See the datasheet revision history for a complete list of changes.
■Errata is being updated to revision 0.7 for EFR32FG23 to add IADC_E306 and KEYSCAN_E301 and to resolve CUR_E303.
■SE FW update to v2.1.7
