Variant 3 (110 kV) Modular Cable Fault Location System USER GUIDE
■The Variant 3 (110 kV) combines the proven individual devices of the Megger range of products in almost any configuration combination in a test van system for the cable series up to 30 kV.
■The main component of this system is the system control panel NSF 8 which, depending on the selected operating mode, switches the HV path and provides the required individual devices with mains voltage. The system control panel integrates all individual units of the test van in a control and safety concept adapted to the requirements of cable testing and fault location.
■While the power and HV clearance is carried out with the NSF 8, the actual operation of the individual devices takes place either directly on the individual devices or on a separate notebook, as is the case with a PD diagnosis system.
