015), Appendix 6 Model Forms
■IET 4th Edition Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipmentand also incorporates BS7671 certificates (IET approved record keeping) for:
■Electrical installations and minor works
■Portable Appliance tests

■Storage of completed certificates, and retrieval by certificate type or client
