650 V GaN in PC Gaming Power Supplies
■The Titanium 80 PLUS® PSU uses Transphorm’s high voltage TPH3205WS GaN FETs in an interleaved bridgeless totem-pole PFC. As a result, it exhibits all of the benefits that Transphorm’s GaN brings to end products. When compared to its award-winning predecessor (the AX1500i), the AX1600i offers numerous advantages ranging from higher efficiency to higher power output—all at the same price point.
