PF1550 OTP programming instructions
●This application note provides a detailed description of the one time programmable (OTP) function of the PF1550. To program the internal fuses for a selected power-up configuration, this document outlines the system requirements and the instructions.
●NXP uses the SMARTMOS process to manufacture the analog ICs. This process is a combinational BiCMOS manufacturing flow that integrates precision analog, power functions, and dense CMOS logic together on a single cost-effective die.
