New ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 certificates for Nexperia B.V. and the organizations mentioned in the addendum

2021-07-01
We appreciate the full support we had from Nexperia B.V. to perform the necessary remote audits in 2021. Due to Covid 19 we were unfortunately not able to perform the audits on site and we had to follow the requirements as formulated by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). Due to the fact that we could not perform the audits on site we are only allowed to extend the validity period of the certificates for a period of 6 months.
The scope of the remote audits covered all elements of the standards and we were able to get a good impression of the current performance. All requested corrective actions were planned and or implemented within the required period. All results were presented to DEKRA Certification and are accepted. Nothing has come to our attention to cause us to believe that the production process(es) of Nexperia, does not comply with the requirements and there is a justifiable confidence that Nexperia will comply with the requirements during the next period till the next assessment. Therefore the implementation of the management system is in compliance with above mentioned standards.
The remaining operational/ practical processes are already included in the agreed upcoming surveillance audit plan for 2021. These audits are scheduled in May / June 2021. This will assure that we can issue an updated certificate within the current validity period with a normal validity period counted from February 15, 2021.
