DeWAL® DW932V ePTFE laminate for industrial venting applications

The DeWAL® DW932V product line is a heat stabilized, bi-axially oriented expanded PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and non-woven polyester film laminate. It has the benefits of PTFE with the addition of a non-woven PET to the ePTFE membrane that improves handling and manufacturability while not compromising airflow. The controlled pore size of the ePTFE membrane keeps out dust, debris and particulate in an ideal combination of breathability and protection. The naturally hydrophobic ePTFE provides for high liquid water ingress resistance while allowing for vapor release, making it an optimal choice for pressure equalization and enclosure venting.
