Softzorb MCS Application Notes
The product is a dark gray pad, with natural tackiness on both side. The pad is sandwhiched between two transparent PET films.
The recommended normal handling process is below:
1. Remove the clear liner on one side. Start at one corner to begin release. Work across the edge carefully and slowly to remove the liner across the entire edge. Continue until the Softzorb MCS pad is exposed 20 to 30mm from the edge of the pad. Now pull the entire liner slowly at a 180 degree peel direction until the full liner is removed.
2. Place pad onto desired substrate and rub the surface lightly to adhere the pad fully.
3. Remove the second liner in a similar manner as described in step 1.
4. Cover the exposed Softzorb MCS pad at this point,or, continue the assembly process to avoid contamination of the surface from dust and debris.
