●Capping -CCR100 with 9mm hole through the actuator. 200+ a year. Had to develop own motor -looked at Kollmorgen but had only 50% of the torque we needed in a 60 mm diameter.
●Filler -CCL80-010, 200 a year. First order just came in.
●Ultraviolet shutter -LCA50-075, 200 year.
●LCS25-075 -eject at one of the biggest packaging makers in the world. “1000’s”. Key is 35mm out and back in 75 m sec.
●MGRs at 5 companies now in Japan, including the most famous electronics company there. And a new app for MGR 6 already designed in.
●SLA and MGR at top Korea maker
●LCS300 in Italy at famous auto tooling company.
●Replacement of 800 ball screws in Arizona -this is interesting because we are taking a linear pot and turning it into an encoder (signal) that acts a both an incremental and an absolute.
●LB flat force through stroke cost down for China batteries. Another 35% drop in price as LB replaces LCAs -and force is 50% higher.
●A number of 1600 to 2400 ejects a minute OEMs.
●Loading of fragile cereal packages in UK.Moving and loading of fragile food is made for our capabilities.
And more are coming in -including the first HTs.
