SMAC is maturing in many areas -Design, Process with Power points that contain all the information on a particular series including quality, and now in Distributor training. Starting in September we will have an updated detailed standardized Distributor training program. It will take you through where the MCA ideas came from -to what their technical advantages are -how to make them work -how we sell (Sell below) -and then to the commercial aspects.Everyday we are improving in all the areas.
