Corebai New Dual Comparator CBM2903 with Supply Range of +2V to +30V and Low Input Offset Voltage
The CBM2903 is the dual comparator version, and the outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships. It can operate from 2V to 30V, and have low power consuming 0.7µA (MAX) per channel.
The CBM2903 consist of two independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Quiescent current is independent of the supply voltage. The device is the most cost-effective solution for applications where low offset voltage, high supply voltage capability, low supply current, and space-saving are the primary specifications in circuit design for portable consumer products.
The CBM2903 is available in Green SOP-8 and TSSOP-8 packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
CBM2903 Application
CBM2903 is usually used to compare a single signal with a reference signal or two signals. Many users use the open drain output to drive the comparison logic output to the logic voltage level, so as to send it to MCU or logic equipment. The wide power range and high voltage capability make the chip suitable for translating electricity to a higher or lower voltage to realize level conversion. The following is a typical application diagram of CBM2903:
