SMC High Voltage, Small Form Factor Power Rectifier SD560C is Ideal for Space Constrained Applications
The SD560C is a high current, high voltage rectifier available in the small form factor SMC (DO-214AB) package outline. Despite the small package outline, the device has a high forward current rating of 5A continuous and a reverse voltage capability of 600V. The SD560C has a robust forward surge rating of 200A which is important for reactively loaded power supply circuits. The combination of small form factor, high current density and high reverse voltage capability makes this device ideal for space constrained applications that require a high current power rectifier.
Features
