AiT‘s A6303D: a 300mA Ultra Low Noise, 1V output CMOS LDO for Power Management Units in Portable Electronic Applications
A6303D is a Highly precise, Ultra Low Noise 300mA CMOS Low Dropout Voltage Regulator(LDO) for Power Management Units in Portable Electronic Applications.
Its features include 0.1μA Standby Current when shutdown, even available output voltage down to 1V.
The CMOS LDO A603D is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. This stability can be maintained even during load fluctuations due to the excellent transient response of the series.
The current limiter’s foldback circuit also operates as a short protection for the output current limiter and the output pin. The EN function enables the output to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.
Available in SOT-25, SC-70-5, and DFN4 Packages.
A6303D LDO in DFN4(1×1) package is designed especially for very compact devices like Camera Module.
