Cmsemicon, Representing the New Power of China, Won the Domestic Power Device Industry Excellence Award
On February 25th, the 13th Asia Power Technology Development Forum, hosted by 21Dianyuan and Electronic University, was successfully held at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Nanshan. China Micro Semicon Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Cmsemicon”) was invited to attend the 2022 Power Supply Industry Supporting Brand Award Party at the same time and won the Domestic Power Device Industry Excellence Award for its excellent market performance and product design capability of power devices.
21Dianyuan is a comprehensive service technology platform for professional electronics and power industry information in China. It is dedicated to China's electronic power supply information development, to improve the efficiency and international competitiveness of this industry as its mission. To better improve the influence of China's power supply brands, 21Dianyuan selects outstanding and excellent enterprises in the power supply industry for recognition through objective, true and open selection and its listed enterprises include Infineon, TI, ADI, Cmsemicon, and other well-known enterprises.
With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the gradual improvement of environmental awareness, the demand for power semiconductor devices in many fields has soared. Based on the advantages of product design, structure, special process development, and full understanding of customers' system application requirements, Cmsemicon's power device products have been successfully applied to home appliances, consumer, motor drive, power conversion system, etc. With 22 years of MCU chip development capabilities, Cmsemicon can provide solutions for smart fans, vacuum cleaners, power tools, energy conversion systems, and other applications that can be executed in rapid mass production, thus shortening the product development cycle and helping customers improve product competitiveness.
Cmsemicon continues to optimize the device design and production process and can provide customers with low and medium-voltage SGT MOSFETs, CSP MOSFETs, and high-voltage IGBTs. Among them, CSP MOSFET products are based on a self-developed patented process, which optimizes the physical structure and mechanical characteristics of the device while meeting the electrical usage requirements, so that the mechanical resistance of the product is 200% higher than that of traditional products, and reduce the proportion of defective products in the PCBA manufacturing process. At the same time, the products have excellent performance in avalanche resistance and ESD resistance, fast response time, and perfect protection function, which can greatly enhance the miniaturization, energy saving, and high reliability of consumer electronics and other devices.
For high-voltage products above 600V, Cmsemicon IGBT products also maintain a good developing momentum. The 600V-1350V IGBT product series are suitable for white goods, industrial inverters, energy conversion, and other applications.
At present, Cmsemicon's power device industry series is continually being improved. Based on 22 years of technology experience and platform resources in the MCU field, Cmsemicon can provide one-stop product solutions from low-power protection to high-power drive. The "Domestic Power Device Industry Excellence Award" is a high recognition of Cmsemicon's power device products and technical innovation. In the future, Cmsemicon will continue to improve its technology from a new starting point, to jointly enhance energy conversion efficiency, to promote the rise of domestic power device technology and industry, and to help solve the new design challenges faced by customers in industrial, automotive, communication and consumer electronics fields.
